Data collected

The contact form collects the information you choose to enter: identity, contact details, age, location, spirituality, health information, family situation, photographs and motivations. This data, some of which is sensitive, is necessary for assessing a request for initiation, in accordance with the principles of our Parampara. It is entered only if you decide to provide it, with your explicit consent.

Use and retention

Your data is sent by email to Jacques Vervier and is used only to reply to your request and, where applicable, to prepare a Deeksha. It is neither sold, nor shared with third parties, nor used for commercial purposes. It is kept for as long as is necessary to process your request and to provide the spiritual guidance you ask for, and then deleted on simple request. They are also stored in a private, password-protected area of the site that is not accessible to the public, hosted by one.com in the European Union, to which only Jacques Vervier has access.

Your rights

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), you have the right of access, rectification, erasure and objection. Simply write to jacques@shaktipat.ch.

Cookies and analytics

These sites use no tracking cookies and no audience measurement tools. Your language choice, and, on the Agenda page, the city chosen for displaying times, may be stored in your browser, without identification. YouTube and Vimeo videos are only loaded when you click “play”: until then, their thumbnails are served by this site and no data is sent to those platforms. By starting a video, you accept that YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo (without tracking) receives your IP address and applies its own privacy policy.

The books offered for download are distributed free of charge with the permission of their authors, Paramguruji T. Sreenivasulu and Swami Sahajananda Tirtha, Sahajananda Ashram.
